Khan Academy Review

About the Company

Khan Academy is an online educational app created by Salman Khan in 2006. It aims to give free world-class education to anyone, anywhere.

The app has thousands of educational content, from Math to computer programming all posted on YouTube. Teachers frequently held it as a vital resource for students to study independently and at their own leisure.

Khan Academy also owns Khan Academy Kids, a comprehensive learning platform that can be beneficial to young students ages 2-8 in their study of fundamental skills training.

Easiness of First Use

The app is easy to use and navigate, with clear instructions for signing up and getting started. The courses are well organized and easy to follow, with short videos broken down into manageable chunks. The exercises are straightforward and reinforce the concepts taught in the videos.

Is the Difficulty Gradual

Some parents and students have complained that some of the early lessons are too easy, while others find the later lessons too difficult. It seems that the difficulty of the app gradually increases as students progress through the curriculum. This allows students to master new skills before moving on to more challenging material.

Accessibility

The app is extremely accessible, with videos and tutorials that are easy to follow. The app also includes quizzes and practice exercises to help students master the material.
